Non-brazilians come (WC thread)

What are your expectations regarding Brazil in this World Cup? Everyone in our country is excited and confident because we believe we have a good team to win, our biggest concern is with the RB and replacement for Casemiro as CDM, we don't have equivalent players to replace the starters in defense if necessary.

I would like to hear opinions from non-Brazilian people for unbiased analysis.

Neymar has worse finishing ability and currently works better as a CAM giving assists, I hope Vini Jr and Raphinha/Antony can be goal scorers

Brazil on paper seems pretty good.
Strong attack on paper with the likes of neymar, vini, jesus, raph etc

Full backs are quite bad compared to other nations. Dont think they can be used offensively at all
Depth in defensive areas is pretty bad overall.
I like the idea of playing Guimaraes along side casemiro since you will probably play a 4-2-3-1 anyways.

Realistic I have you guys reaching the semi finals minimum.
I expect the game vs argentina (that should be the semi final game if things go as expected), to be close and the winner of that has a good shot of winning the final.

Thank you, I also like the 4-2-3-1 formation with Casemiro, Bruno Guimaraes, and Neymar, but unfortunately I believe that Tite will not start playing with Vini Jr, it is likely that he will use Paqueta in his place and Fred in the place of Guimaraes 😕
