This guy's whole skit is trying his hardest to say 'tour de force' with a french accent(miserably fails every time btw) and laugh like jabba the hutt! Why are most valorant casters so annoying?
aceofrainbows [#4]I'm not the biggest fan of vansilli's casting, but he is legitimately is french canadian. at least come up with something accurate to diss him for
If he was casting in French I would have understood but sounds really odd when he mixes it in between normal English sentences with an American accent. Makes it seem like he is trying to flaunt. Also it sounds worse cz it doesn't come naturally, he is forcing it too hard.
KanyeAsada [#7]im all for NA supremacy but our casters are dogshit for the most part. there's a few good ones but EU caster >>>> NA casters
some of the EU casters are goated, rest are meh or dogshit.

As a french canadian, I can tell you that saying "tour de force" with a french accent feels 100% more natural even while speaking in english. There is no reason for him to force himself to pronounce it with an accent, when the ability name is french for lore reason

But he is not speaking English with a french accent! It would have sounded fine if he had that French accent but he just totally butchers it. This is not cultural appropriation, this is mockery.

Well everytime I watched him cast he said it in the actual way a french canadian would. Again, just saying it that way because its comfortable and it's the right language
