Not saying this to be rude, but why do none have a fluent english accent. It gets really frustrating when I can’t understand shit they’re saying and we both end up repeating shit until one of us give up.
(Thank you didn’t realize they hired overseas that much just to pay cheaper wages America is cringe)

I don’t like yelling I try to be as nice as possible I know it’s not there fault wtf are they supposed to do pick up english in a day. Sometimes I do just give up tho and hangup and take my L

English was not in major syllabus until the 2000 when education curriculum changed, before 2000,80 perc of schools taught alphabets from 5th or 8th grade. Richer kids or kids with educated parents had good english, obviously no rich kid or decent kid is gonna end up in fckin call center, newer generation is yet to get into calling jobs and a few that are into it,have fluent english which is like 1perc., the current call centre ones are self taught/ some cheap english tutorial taught.
