luke warm take, they probs make more money the way the store is rn. Like imagine you put money into your account and you look at your store and youre like well theyre mostly meh but thats alright imma get that, then the same the next day and so on and then you see smth you rly like and get that as well. They probs get more money because ppl are limited on what they can buy so they may not get what they rly want but smth thats kinda alright. Is it a shit like model yes but its probs the most profitable for them.

The current way incentivizes the consumers to "buy it while it's hot", and make purchases immediately because of hype and because it will, like you say, take forever to appear in your store.
