how do you determine how good an igl is? i feel like it’s impossible because we don’t hear what they say but there could be another way to tell.

We can determine by looking at their strats. It's not impossible to do so. Like we can clearly see fns's calling put optic from a disadvantageous position to one where they can pull it off. We can see shahzam's outdated strats that won't be able to make sen do the same. U don't necessarily need comms to judge
