Japanese Valorant is back on the menu as the main stage of the ¥5,000,000 ($46,400~ USD) RAGE Japan Tournament kicks off today. The tournament features eight Japanese teams that won their group in the tournament's open qualifier.

will aim to defend their title won in June's RAGE Invitational. Given their recent dominance, Jupiter are the hot favorites to take home the ¥3,000,000Y ($28,593~ USD) first place prize.
Format
Teams will compete in a single-elimination playoffs bracket that includes a bronze final. The quarterfinals, semifinals and bronze final will be played in Bo1 matches and the grand final will be a Bo3 series.
The prize pool will be distributed as detailed below:
- 1st: ¥3,000,000 ($28,593~ USD)
- 2nd: ¥1,000,000 ($9,531~ USD)
- 3rd-4th: ¥750,000 ($7,148~ USD)
- 5th-8th: ¥250,000 ($2,383~ USD)
