aimwise OW2 is the most wide and difficult coz of agent pool difference and movement

exactly, the amount of depth that can be created in games like CS and Valorant is insane. Perfect timings, coordinated util usage and positioning just raises the ceiling super high.
Not denying Overwatch doesn't require teamwork nor positioning but the work behind that is very minuscule compared to the amount of work and synergy CS and Val teams put into their gameplay.
That being said. Overwatch is more difficult in terms of aiming due to constant movement and more common verticality

Heals- there is a big support skill gap for heroes like ana lucio
Those bs low skill heroes like moira winston etc really do ruin the skill ceiling i agree
Another big skill gap in ow is ult tracking and adapting to what ults enemies have (in val u can see their money and ult on tab)
Only 1 shield hero now and once again there is a skill gap in usage of it
While u can respawn u already lost the fight and now have lower ult % then enemies so it is punishing
