Im new to the GC scene and i was wondering what will happen if C9W wins series 3? does the 2nd place get the slot to berlin instead?

yeah ik i was asking because c9 already qualified through circuit points but theyre still in the upper finals of series 3 so theoretically they can still win that tourney

yes, 2nd most circuit points team will qualify. i think pretty much as long as c9 doesn't lose to msf/imt in the finals sr is guaranteed that spot if they place 2nd/3rd
