Tactical shooter?

Now that OW2 is really out this made me think: with this new utility meta valorant each day is becoming more of a hero shooter than a tactical shooter.
Started as a csgo clone but now looks more like an ow2 clone.

thoughts?

Its not a hero shooter at all, in fact its the most team game you could ask for. On top of that one KAY/O knife can take all utility away so idk how you'd even say its a hero shooter, not like an agent has gun advantage over the other. (chamber needs skill, jett needs skill, neon's ult is shit if you can't track)

2 years after, i still don't get why people call valorant a copy of csgo.

I agree with you but the kay/o knife is a stupid example. Sombra can do this in ow and it’s definitely a hero shooter

In hero shooters every hero has different stats like more HP or something like that, agents in valo have no such advantage, everyone buys the same guys, even the best of abilities in valo can fail if not used well.
