syupr [#6]whats happening internally? is it money issue? champions bundle money issue? really curious why the org would drop this super team that prolly will dominate the SA region forever
Got something to do with the fact that the players had a meeting with LOUD after Champs and asked for a pay rise and the org basically told them it wasnt possible and they would just have to stay on the current salary. Kinda sad really, they all poured their heart and soul into winning Champs and you could see how much it meant to them winning it, ofcourse they deserve a raise, but aparently the org just doesnt have the money to facilitate it.

LOUD has money no? aren't they the biggest Brazilian org? unless they aren't making any money

Tyzehxo is making it up, sure Loud offered players a raise, but probably not as much as they wanted. Loud has a lot of money (although no more than Furia and MIBR/Immortals, so they're not the richest Brazilian org), but not as much as top NA orgs

Im not making anything up actually... There were plenty of posts about this a week or so ago when this all got leaked and im just referring to what I read, players wanted a raise and the org couldn't come to terms. Why else would players want to leave an org they literally just won a championship with and potentially split a roster up? what? for fun? tf.

Not only salary issue
Sacy wants to live with his wife in LA, but LOUD denied to pay a good salary for him be able to hire an apartment without having to pay with his own salary, that's why drama started.
Basically LOUD is willing to pay a good salary but still, if he live in LA his salary is shit + he needs to pay rent for his family making his salary useless.
Problem is the cost of living in LA is way different than Brazil
In brazil with about 500$-1k$ at MAX(In big cities like sp), you literally live sea-front + big apartament 150-300m square meters
while in LA is way more expensive
Where I live is about 500$ and I live literally sea-front on 300m2 apartament.
500$ is the rent + condominium included, here is cheap tho.
Bitsu [#12]I hope its a bait, cause if its real, the franchise is literally the shitiest decision riot took!
The most competitive environment is the open league not franchise one, the fact that Optic have to split is a joke too, good job riot, its just about money …
the disband is real, but this tweet specifically is a joke cause they lost a friendly match.

- they all received good salary offer from other teams.
LOUD has no money to pay almost +300k month in REAL for just a valorant team too, since real is shit nowadays.
before pandemic real was like 3.5x dolar
now it is like 5.5x dolar.Problem is the cost of living in LA is way different than Brazil

Thank You for clarification, sucks for LOUD if they all split, that roster as a whole was really good together and they looked extremely happy after Champs.

No one ever said that Loud didnt wanted to pay a rise for them. You're makin up; You said:
org basically told them it wasnt possible and they would just have to stay on the current salary
But it isn't true, no report have ever said this. Loud for sure offered them a better salary, but it wasn't as much as they wanted
