Hi everyone, I need some help because I don't know what to do anymore and maybe someone has already been through this situation and can help me. My problem is sleeping, at around 10:30 I feel tired, I go to bed at 11, 12 and my head goes to a thousand, I start thinking about a thousand things and I end up sleeping at around 4. I have tried several things, I exercise (1 hour a day), I've set alarms to "force" myself to sleep but nothing... I guess it's because of anxiety. I'm in college and all the final exams are coming up.
Conclusion, I sleep 6 max 7 hours a day and I would like to sleep 8 because I feel tired during the day and I have dark circles under my eyes, I don't want to take sleeping pills because I'm afraid it will become a necessity. Surely you will tell me why don't you go to the doctor? and I'll tell them, you're right xd but like I said, maybe someone has been through this and can give me some help

Bro I had the same problem. Try sleeping earlier to give yourself extra time to fall asleep. Also try taking melatonin 1 hour before bedtime. Melatonin is natural unlike sleeping pills. Also try not to eat any foods with high sugar or carbs 3 hours before sleeping

Hey styling...
This is my first semester in college, and ive had some of the same problems. what helped me was simple things like:
-not being on my phone
-not leaving assignments to worry about
-drinking water/eating enough food
-taking melatonin if i cant sleep after like 45 minutes despite being tired(there are pills and spray for ur pillow)
-sometimes ill read when im tired as focusing on smething like that makes me more tired
-warm milk
-make sure im warm/right temp
-maybe take a nap during the day if u have time(make sure not to completley mess up ur sleep schedule too much)

lastly talk to someone if it keeps happening, there are poeple for u

hope u feel better!
