[HOT TAKE] Consistency after Franchising

In my opinion. It is going to be rather hard to be consistent after franchising happens. With players being more prone to be "replaceable". Rostermania is gonna be the norm for the next seasons to come. What do yall think?

I agree i wouldnt even be surprised if underperforming teams (like last place in the kickoff tournet) change after a couple events
