Prolem with chet is that he's not someone who can provide proper fundamentals and structure to a team that has 0 impactful structure(NRG and TSM In 2020 )so I don't see him doing well

chet+ kaplan as assistant may be? Ghost had some really good lineups and setup plays that I really liked.
