Gym update part-2

I feel like I have good grasp on everything now.
Monday - shoulders
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - chest
Thursday - arms
Friday - legs
Saturday - everything a little bit (short session)
Sunday - rest day

Problem 1
But I feel like I'm not able to meet my PROTEIN REQUIREMENT
I'm 6'0 weigh 108kgs
Since I only eat chicken and no other meat, it's hard to get protein.
I have access to beans, lentils, eggs, cottage cheese, protein shakes maybe some other vegetarian stuff as well.

Problem 2
STRETCH MARKS
I get new ones every week, they are reddish...
Especially on my shoulders+chest and the opposite side of elbow

i eat like 2g/kg of protein (so thats almost 170g of protein - its like 800g of raw chicken everyday) and its not that hard

Stretch marks are a good sign as long as you don't do anything to it.

im not a gym guy or a vegetarian but I am an athlete and as a swimmer getting in calories so you could function was big. you should try peanut butter, loads of cals and loads of protein. peanut butter was key to keeping me functional during my swim season

do yourself a favor and train every bodypart 2x a week

Try protein shakes and bars, easy way to get ~50 extra grams of protein, it's hard to eat so much out of nowhere. Drink lots of liquids to help your stomach expand, this will help you eat more in the future.

Also, you try putting on some good quality lotion on your skin to lessen the effects of stretch marks. They are more noticeable on dry skin. Good luck and keep it up!
