Idk if its intentional but are Geng and T1 supposed to have these points and rank in top 5 without playing in KR yet?

All their teams disband already lol . It's been happening for 2 years now because of lack of sponsors and viewership
So T1 and GenG are alr in top 5

wdym imo? You know right RIOT has spent the highest amount of money on KR till now in APAC by far?
Take a look at prize pool of Korea challengers and on comparison take a look at Indo/my/SG challengers
They always had good amounts of international exposure as well and good LAN's from the very start

What do you even mean uninvested, if they were uninvested why would they get so many spots and so many Kr orgs were contenders, that’s definitely not the reason why Kr is a one team region
