I think it makes sense, no point in having 3 regions in 1 ranking when they don't play each other + are separated by definition by Riot

you could make a case for LATAM n and s being together but not Brazil being with them

Because they don’t compete in the same circuit, and therefore, vlr’s ranking doesn’t display the teams’ exact placement.
There is just no way of comparing them rn
