I mean If you are the face of a org/company you should try to stay away controversy stuffs as much as possible. I feel bad for him but feel bad for G2 staffs/players even more

I mean losing the val spot probably annoyed sponsors which then wouldve annoyed investors

imagine losing million dollars potential revenue because of your CEO. when you have spot in franchise league, it's literally money stream for your orgs even if your team losing and never winning

I feel like if it was extremely bad timing too tbh. If it hadn't happened at this exact time they prolly wouldn't have lost the val spot. And the break he was taking would have been enough for the sponsors/investors too.
