Roster Lock update

Roster lock is not October 15th. Teams have until February 1st to finalize their roster. October 15th is an “initial roster” with proof of necessary permits and visas.

Agreed. They probably want to sign them, and move them out to LA/Berlin/Seoul asap to get them settled so they can scrim ASAP
