Easily one of the best coaches in na. Has defined the meta on multiple maps and can make insanely creative strats. Also one of the most accomplished coaches. Where does he go?

I think people dont realize that the reason Chet accomplished so much on optic wasnt only because of his brilliance, but because he was given a high authority position, and implemented his own structures and disciplined the players and stuff like that. On TSM and NRG, he probably didnt have the same degree of authority/respect from the players and so thats why it probably didnt go as well. As long as Chet gets full autonomy I think he can easily build another championship roster

Yea I read an interview a while ago where it said something similar with him not being able to control much with past teams but with optic he controls almost every aspect and the players love it.

Absolutely, would love to see him stick with that original OPTIC 5 but who knows what will happen. I remember back to during VCT quals when they ran that Yoru Ascent comp, everyone thought it was troll as fuck but they had soo many layers to what they were doing it looked sick. Chet is insanely good at what he does. There is just no way he doesnt get picked up as a coach and hopefully has the same ammount of freedom with said roster.
