Roster lock

Is there a roster lock soon with all the f/a posts because the season doesnt start till feb so why would orgs sign players now?

Its offseason bro no ones going to be practicing till end this year or start of next year if rosters do get locked

there is a soft roster lock I heard in the next month or 2

1. There are third party tournaments still
2. Most players wont get signed till 2 months ish and that time will be spent trialing
3. Kickoff tournament early in the year
