most likely not. Optic is looking for a partnership between orgs which no organization has offered yet. Obviously, Mibr could but it would come at a cost of a partnership which will split prize earnings
Mibr has rebranded as the Brazilian branch of Immortals (Immortals owns MIBR for those that don't know). So it wouldn't make sense for Mibr to sign Optic anymore
