marved getting online (been too hot and cold this tourney) and fns getting a few more kills. fns has mentioned before how under-performing gets to him, if he gets a few kills and doesnt try to make plays optic can win this. no need to mention yay, we know he will pop off

ye drx probs bans pearl and they may pick bind which both teams are good on but optic just lost on. i dont feel confident on optic's ascent either, so maybe optic picks fracture or haven

drx ripped optic apart on fracture in copenhagen. and i don’t think the optic haven phoenix pick is really strong, it only worked since xset didn’t deny plants.

I want to cry every time optic doesn’t ban breeze. It feels like their worst map that they just refuse to not play.

I think optics win con is dont play Ascent. Their strat has been cracked and i feel drx is really going to be able to punish it well.

their map pool doesn't look good overall right now, apart from pearl where they are insane

its rockier than I'd prefer but their Bind and pearl are probably best in the tourney, their Ascent punishes agro teams very hard, but DRX isnt that. and their fracture is really good, but prolly not better than DRX's. I hope they have been working Breeze cuz thats kinda their gate into this win

Optic is still the same team with ascent comps. They need to mesh it up with victor neon or victor Yoru. Because this doesn't look good if they keep triple initiator

I definitely agree that Marved needs to come online, far too hot and cold. I think today was a pretty off day for most of OpTiC, they just looked like they were struggling to get going on both maps. I think when FNS is talking about under performing I’m assuming he’s referring to his IGLing? He’s never been a crazy high fragger and he isn’t on the team for his frag-ability. Him fragging out some games is just a bonus I’d say. Would love to see them reset tomorrow and show us peak OpTiC because when OpTiC plays at their best they’re very hard to stop.

I was a bit confused why optic didnt adjust on Bind, they wait SO long to call their 1st timeout. if they call that earlier and sort out the hookah control issue earlier then they probably win map 1. LLL wins at least 3 or 4 defense rounds from that hookah control position so just seems like a tactical oversight from FNS and chet. unusual by them
