I have an english exam in a few hours, with 3 unfamiliar text pieces and an essay on an already read book. Any advice?
Kimchii [#3]yeah logout of here and start reading
Not much extra i can read, I guess i should go over my quotes a few more times for the essay.
Okayyyyyy [#4]Go in it with no expectations and go with the flow, alleviate the pressure and you’ll be good. It’s never as bad as you think
"Alleviate the pressure"
You know what us Aussies and Kiwis do to do that?
basically telling a minor to get drunk on exam day.
toofan1 [#7]Do ppl from English speaking(native) countries study for English exam??
For what I'm doing, it's analysing the meaning of text pieces such as poem, like how the author is trying to make the reader feel or how they communicate their message through language techniques.

Bro what??
Even we don't study for literature exam..... listening those poems / dramas/stories in class is enough.

in SACE, (South Australian year 11 and 12) our exams aren't legally allowed to occur before 1pm.
Thats how I got a 97 ATAR ;)

Technically it's an evidence exam - the result isn't super important - but I still want to do well in it.
