You're the only Brit left on the team mate and everyone knows there's a reason behind that.
Rn he's having hot and cold maps like sometimes he's playing well and the other time the team crumbles and suddenly he's stuck in an unfavorable situation.
He is actually fairly consistent. Don't view his consistency just based on frags when he is in a initiator/flex role. He has almost perfect utility timing and is super active and flexible with his util. Phenomenal player.
he’s very good tho lol, id say he is the most teamplayer in liquid and does his role well. very underrated.

Consistency means do the role what your team said you should do, if you look the esports & valo history some players need to "underperform" to make others shine
"We need you to be more consistent" as if having perfect aim on the day is an on/off switch. Soulcas is an exceptional support player with a wide agent pool, even when he's not having his best aim days people who watch the games properly can see the impact he has. It's not all about the amount of kills he finishes on.
