Change headhunter stats to deagle not guardian, reduce rounds to 6 not 8
Reduce ult shoot speed like op, and reduce to 3 bullets

Chamber is in the sentinel category so his TP shouldn't be rechargeable based on kills.
Every Sentinel's trip has an additional effect if not shot. Cypher trip can stun, Killjoy alarmbot makes enemies vulnerable and Chamber's trip can slow. It doesn't make sense removing the slow.
Maybe change ult bullets to 3 but just like Jett knives his ult should be capable of getting 5 kills.

Again I don't see your reasoning. Just bcoz it's a thing with Cypher and KJ doesn't mean it has to be with every Sentinel. Chamber is broken as is compared to Cypher and KJ so it makes MORE sense to have his trip not do any additional effects. It would incentivise Cypher and KJ players.

Ultimately, every trip punishes opponents if it's not shot. My reasoning is that the trip is to punish enemies for flanking or entering site without shooting it. The goal of every sentinel agent is to stop pushes or slow down pushes so that the team can rotate. That's why the slow should exist.

An agent of the sentinel category is always an anchor and should be usable on rotating to the other bombsite or trap flankers. Maybe Chamber is too busted but I don't think his TP should be rechargeable through kills.

Ok here me out. Cypher, Kj and Sage slow down pushes and their trips can punish flanks. That does not mean Chamber HAS to do it too. There is sooo much that Chamber can do that the other sentinels can't, therefore there should be things that the other sentinels can do that Chamber can't. That's how game balance works.
Different agents of the same class should be good at different things so that they are balanced.
