One of my classes on Ethics was having a discussion on this and most of the students had similar opinions on it. I googled the same and couldn't find anything different or interesting.
I'd like to hear anything other than the obvious and lame answers.

I'll do you one better, imagine you are a surgeon and have five patients, all dying because you don't have suitable organ donors at the time, and they are going to die unless you provide them with the organs needed. Suddenly, a pizza delivery guy walks in, and you realize that you could perfectly save your five patients by harvesting the organs of the delivery guy and killing him in the process. Should you do it?
