and some other words i didnt read in time

yeah this happened to me the other day, idrk what it means bc you can't do it. just pops up for no reason

that was added to stop trolls who spam defuse

AFAIK it occurs when your teammate stops and starts defusing a certain number of times, to stop throwers who almost stick half and then stop midway through after all the enemies are defeated.
