Even with all its problems i take how Shield Hero treats the "slave" parts for granted. Because naofumi actually treats them like people.
and then there are those BRAINDEAD ASS fucking horny bait self insert shitty ass isekais where the main character is like "OH MAN IVE GOTTA GET A SLAVE. IT HAS TO BE A WOMAN. TRUST 💯💯💯 IM GONNA SEX THEM LATER" its actually infuriating how fucking stupid it is. like sure you can incorporate slavery into your story but dont just do it because you want your shitty cookie cutter self insert MC to get some bitches. Like instead of actually making their main character do some work theyre like "hmm... i dont wanna create and develop an actual good female character... OK, lets make a horny bait character design slave girl!"
