Yes, if they win their reigonal challengers that year they get a slot in the big international league the next year for 2 years

Yes, 10 teams picked and then 2 will be added each year from tier 2 till they get to 14. Then they will switch cause they get 2 year contracts so it will keep moving

3 major regions - AMericas , asia ,emea divided into subregions
all subregions will have open qual into a league style group stage two times a year kinda like vrls in emea if you followed
every sub region will send team to a final tournament for their major region at the end of year where teh winning team will be promoted to partnered team for next 2 years.
