How will the distribution of slots for next year?

With the franchises, the slots will be distributed only to 3 regions. So I think for the masters it will be 4 slots to America, 4 slots to Emea and 4 slots to Asia. For champions, 5 slots for America, 5 Emea and 6 Asia (For having more regions).

Americas will probably get more slots because viewership and level. I won't give 6 slots to asia when they have only one really good team and is probably disbanding next year.

This. i dunno wtf riot is going to do next year, you give 4 slots to every league and every team have almost 50% chance to make it to masters or you made masters a 8 or 6 team tournament
