i thought you had to have 3 players from the region you are competing in? and since 3 of their players are still considered imports how does that work, from what i heard it takes 3 years playing in the place you imported to to become a player there?

Ban is American. He started his career in NA and only has played in NA. Maybe he was born in Korea but he's not an import.
