In terms of top-1 or top-2, Latam > Brazil. Copenhagen results prove it. It may change in the future though.
In terms of top-3, top-5, etc., Brazil > Latam. Overall Latam tier-1.5/2 scene is weak.

KR was 100 percent better than Apac last year. This year Apac placed better in both tourneys.

Xset and Lev are there coz their only competition is against Optic and KRU, while M3C and Furia have to compete with other 3 or more good/better teams in their region.
