It is not 'removed' the players didn't believed in his style and it was mutually decide not to continue further.

It was more because of the fact that GE did not want a coach from CS background in their roster. They were under the assumption that they had to play valorant differently from CS.

Eraser was a better choice for them because he came in from Fortnite instead of Ewok.
