Its a very old account like ep 1 and at that time i think requirement was winning 10 unrated he probably won 10 and got to diamond (probably) and as it was so old riot didnt add levels like i started at lvl 40 when the update came so he started at 0 level and as he won 0 games he didnt get 1000+ bonus of first win of the day and got to level 2 after 5 matches
