the ult is extremely fine as it is, it just gets harder to use the higher the ELO

maybe 7 points instead of 8 should be the only change

its fine, you're meant to wait for the slow pull time because otherwise it would be almost a free kill everytime, and with more damage it means the opponents are less likely to survive if they try to get away (the ult is meant to create space anyways)
