Saw people bringing this up before. Riot needs to set up a similar vrl system for NA or the region will struggle to develop native talent and rely on importing like LoL.

Well one would assume with tier 1 being franchised only vct circuit that theyd still try to do something for NA and APAC tier 2 with regional leagues or something to keep those scenes alive similar to what EMEA is doing. But granted the euro VRLs outside of france and spain are struggling
