dont know i doubt it does but cs will def get more popular i dont think any valorant pro would leave back to cs to be a tier 4 players again,but cs will get a lot of popularity and hype again if it takes off and doesn't die in weeks like ow2,if they release an actual improved version of cs with all the improvements people have been asking for cs player base will become probably a bit bigger and the esports wiews will boom because everyone wants to see competition with the new version but in content and social media valorant is still superior because its more casual friendly and fun to watch
