10 confirmed per region, in all honesty it should be 12 each like how regional challengers are ran and theres such large playerbases to fill.
Region Leagues:
Americas, 10 teams (NA, BR, LATAM)
EMEA (Turkey, CIS, EU)
APAC (SEA, SA, EA, OCE)
Slots that will be allocated per sub region is unknown at this time.
