The whole season overall is 9 (could have been higher if the final was better)

This season was great I loved all the Homelander stuff and especially seeing him finally getting hurt for the first time it feels like every season he is becoming more and more evil and psychopathic

The stuff with Soldier Boy was great aswell but the only problem I had was the final

We get all this setup for the final episode but than the final episode ends up being underwhelming and just a setup for S4

Yeah I could get why M.M went for SB but Starlight was random as she spends the whole Season having to deal with Homelander controlling her and wanting him dead

no, homelander is still the villain, however if there is a timeskip in season 4, ryan could potentially become the villain because he is currently being raised by homelander and is following in his evil footsteps.

Butcher fucking his relationship up with Ryan honestly set them back more at the end of the season. No more Soldier Boy on their side, no more temp V, 2 homelanders. GGs

agree that the final was underwhelming, I like Jensen Ackles and with the way they stored Solder boy it seems like they can bring him back in the future, so I'm looking forward to that
