well when they played with baddyG instead of ardiis they did really good but they have a different sub now so we don't know

Shao isn't even their smoke player tho outside of Split. Also I think you are heavily underrating Shao. He has been beast on this team since the beginning and his utility is top tier. FPX plays a lot of Fade and Shao is arguably the best or 2nd best Fade player in the world right now. Replacing him is harder than replacing Viper/Cypher/Sage player IMO. Don't get me wrong Suygetsu is amazing player with a lot of firepower, but Shao is no joke. Actually kind of crazy how some people seem to have forgotten that after Suygetsu started performing.

He used to. I mean this guy can play any role. But nowadays he plays Astra on Split and has for most part been their initiator player.
They probably expected to have 2 subs so they practiced with subs, hopefully they can salvage lost time but at least they have 4.
