I was reading some posts in Reddit and read something about creating an agent with water abilities (Cause of Pearl), after that I had little ideas about this agent (a really little bit of his lore and 2 of his abilities.
I want to know about your thoughts, So... let's go:

Name: Link
Codename: 404
Appearence: An agent like the character 'Missing Link' from the movie "Monsters vs Aliens" (a creature that looks in between human and fish), but, of course, WAAAAAAY less cartoonish
Lore: Originally from his home country (Caribbean Country or Australia/New Zeland), he was a surfer that had his body modified in the "First Light" event while he was surfing, after not being accepted by other people because of his new appearence, he moved himself to Atlantida, where he discovers that not only his looking was different, but all his body, being able to control water
Role: Controller/Sentinel (something like Viper is)
Race: Radiant (Water Controlling)
Country: Atlantida

Bubble (E): Link throws a orb of water (like Jett's smoke) that grows into a giant water orb and blurs vision of who's inside of the bubble (like Brimstone's).
- Duration: 18s
- 1 Charge free each round + 2 buyable charges, 150-200 credits (only 1 recharge after 30-35 seconds, can't getting more than 1 after recharging)
. - Gives a little damage, after some seconds inside (thought about 7-8 seconds) who is inside of it, starts getting 1HP/s damage inside of it cause of breathing), so when someone enters the 'smoke', in HUD appears a debuff called "Breath" (like decay, slow, etc), that shows how much air you have before start to getting damaged.
OR - If the enemy enters the smoke, it will make an 'Splash' sound (sometinhg like Cypher's cage)

Geyser (Q): Link equips a kind of water fragment (like Kay/o's) that "summons" a geyser, that 'explodes' stunning anyone who stays inside the explosion radius (can affect allies too)
- 1 Charge, costing 200 credits
- Activate Time: 1,3s
- Radius: 4,5m
- Concuss Duration: 3s

Riptide (C): Link summons a thin river with a current that if running/walking in the same way of it, you recieve movement buff, if running in the oposit way, you receive movement debuff.
- If just press the key bind, the river becomes straight line until hit a surface. If press and hold, you can 'draw' the river (just like Phoenix wall)
- Same way as the current: 10%-15% movement speed buff
- Oposite way of the current: 15%-20% movement speed debuff
