a rebuild is probably necessary to stay competitive the current roster doesn't look up to scratch, and they're having similar igl issues to a lot of EMEA teams

It's a foolish idea to do roster changes now. In 3 months, there will be the biggest roster changes as most orgs will be out of franchise and will sell good players.

true, but i think riot would favor orgs they have worked with before (e.g. teams from LEC)

they signed up for NA and EU so i wonder what's gonna happen if they get franchised in NA (doubtful) but them signing up for that option alone means they are very ready to make changes

Could totally see new orgs tho, the e sports scene as a whole is gonna keep growing, so why would you stick with the exact same orgs

if they have to choose between an org they have worked with succesfully before or another org they have no experience with, it just makes sense to choose the firts one
