Who is winning?
I would maybe say Vitality because I think this team has still a lot of room to grow. They have already done great process from slow start of VRL France to now being the Champions of French regional league. In my opinion they are just the right team for winning something like VRL. Have a lot of experience, pretty good individuals with decent firepower(even proven IGL), they seem to have a lot of staff(coaches, mental stuff etc) and the players and the org clearly wants to win aka they feel like tier 1 team playing in tier 2 league. They are not tier 1 yet, but you maybe get the idea.

They literally dropped their already good roster (one game away from making challengers groups) to picking up the most solid lineup of free agents and rebounding to defeat MAD in the revolution finals
