lemme put you on some lesser known/underground series: Breaking Bad, Stranger Things, Squid Game
midnight mass, I second that guy saying Fargo, Spy x Family (is anime though so)
The episodes are very hit and miss tho. Some like Zima Blue and the Tall Grass are FANTASTIC; some like Suits, Ice, and Fish Night are pretty good/fun; others like the Beyond the Aquila Rift and the Dump are meh, and some like The Drowned Giant and Jibaro are crap. This is all in my opinion ofc. I do really recommend Zima Blue if you're gonna watch any episode.
Memorable but indigestible, unnecessarily shaky, and not an enjoyable experience overall imo. I get they were trying to make a point about Spanish conquistador greed and violence, but it didn’t really inspire anything other than disgust for all parties involved. If I wanted something esoteric and gruesome, I’d just look at some modern art, not watch an ep of ldr.
I liked Bad Travelling better than Jibaro, maybe in part because the romance allegory of Jibaro didn't interest me as much
AoT. Peak anime if you're not looking to sit through 1000 episodes.
Better Call Saul - Pretty Underrated Show right now and is a direct prequel to BrBA which I'm assuming you've seen
Bojack Horseman - As peak as an animated comedy can get. Perfect character development and has some genuine funny moments. 6 Seasons does dip down in quality in areas but the content stays refreshing till the very end.
The Wire - An Oldie but a Goodie.
Animal Kingdom - Really great plot line and good drama, SUPER underrated

Ngl Dark is overly complicated just to give the viewers a different taste.... it's nothing special if u remove the 74 different characters and the plot lines related to it....the story seems to be spun so chaotically that it can be a lil but annoying to watch for some people at times. It's like Tenet...u just need to understand too much in 2.5 hrs that the information is too much to process for u. (My honest opinion tho...W show if u like it a lot)
Arcane is a show I watched recently and it was really good. An underrated show I can think of is The Last Kingdom on Netflix.

If you ever saw ‘You’ it’s very loosely like that but wayyyyyyy better. It’s hella underrated imo
Also the wire is always a classic. GOAT of all time, (people throw around the word ‘goat’ but this is a true goat so I added “of all time” twice. )
