100T management

Just shows how bad they were, both Ethan and Dicey are ex 100T players and now they are in top 4 while 100T arent

They cant be good because they change too many players too fast and I dont understand why Asuna dont play duelist anymore. He doesnt perform as well as before in the initiator role

Shows how stupid you are thinking humans can't make mistakes, and thinking that we can predict the future. 100T management only does what they believe is best for the team in terms of their success. Ethan leaving made sense bc 100T couldn't find a proper role for him, and Dicey left 2 fucking years ago and only recently started going crazy on a good team.

NRG's roster changed one person, FaZe had their lineup and was scrimming months before 100T. 100T had a whole revamp of their roster and has been practicing for less time. I don't think that this team has been a failure so far, seeing as they are up and coming and have made top 6 in this qualifier in a short amount of time. They definitely have to work on their map pool and being more balanced defense-offense wise, but they have a couple months to improve before LCQ and still are in my top 8 at least for NA.

2. Ethan left because he wanted to leave. He didnt want to go through a rebuilding process.

I agree with the old management being terrible. But I think the new management is much better. They wanted to keep Ethan but it didn't work out. However, I am not sure about Will anymore. I think he is good but good won't cut it anymore.
