Are LIQUID restricted?

Is team Liquid restricted to only using FA's for the rest of the season? If so who are they going to replace Dreamas with for LCQ?

Would need to be someone who hasn't qualled for VRL finals or LCQ, honestly may need to go to T2 NA / OCE / T3 EU (Is that still VRL?) maybe??

dreamas was just easy option because he has no buyout and they had no time to trial players or anything
