they do better than SA, have a well developed community for rito, have a decent LAN event and still be able to broadcast all the match not like SA broadcaster. So yeah VN is better than SA in lotta way. hence rito should give SA slot to OCE.

anyway next year there will be partnership model with Asia as a single region so it wont matter now
