If the T2 scene doesn't do well it will be a major blow to the scene. I hope Riot has plans on how to keep T2 teams interested in playing the game.

i think they are adding DECENT inclusion for the T2 scene with domesticated leagues i think the way to make it better is add a relegation system/3-6 open qualifier slots
