We didnt have a chance to compete in VCT in the first year because it was no official release by Riot or any organizers, and the domestic tournaments were just for fun with small prizes and didn't attract many strong teams, we couldn't make any VCT qualifiers due to the game wasn't released in Vietnam at the time

It creates a growing environment compared to playing among locals which you might destroy but nothing compared to the talent and execution of the best teams in other countries. You're giving OCE as an example but they fall short last stage and only won 1 match this stage and you're praising them like they defeated PRX, XIA or ONIC.
