Eight teams have made it through open qualifiers to compete for the grand prize in the Vitality European Open, the next European tournament in Riot's Ignition Series. The competitors will play in a group stage to qualify for a four-team double-elimination playoff bracket for a piece of the €15,000 EUR (~ $16,844 USD) prize. Format

The tournament will start with a round-robin group stage divided into two groups of four teams. The group stage will be split into best-of-three sets. All of the playoffs will be best-of-three sets except for the grand finals, which will be a best-of-five set with a map advantage to the team coming from winner's bracket. Group A will play on July 10, Group B will play on July 11 and the playoffs will take place July 12.

The prize pool will be distributed as detailed below:

  • 1st: €10,000
  • 2nd: €2,000
  • 3rd-4th: €1,000
  • 5th-8th: €250
